We have been providing bespoke business development consultancy services to a range of public sector, commercial organisations and social enterprises for the last six years.

Mark was previously Senior Head of Regions for the Big Lottery Fund, the largest distributor of National Lottery funds to good causes, where he was responsible for several regional teams overseeing policy and programme development and delivery, local intelligence, public affairs and external relations, he also played a key role in external communications and customer service improvement across England.

He led the development of several multi-million pound national funding programmes from conception, through design and production, to final delivery and has experience of managing multi-million pound operational and funding budgets.

Prior to this Mark was South West Regional Manager for the New Opportunities Fund and saw the organisation through a merger with the Community Fund to create Big Lottery Fund, where he played a key role in the resulting change implementation project at a national level.

With extensive experience in stakeholder relationship management Mark has developed and continues to expand a broad network of contacts within the public, private and voluntary sectors, utilising these relationships to support clients through a process of change, development and growth.

Mark is an experienced public speaker and event facilitator, leadership mentor and coach.

In his spare time Mark is also Chair of Cosmic, an ethical IT business which specialises in website development, IT training courses, business consultancy, tech support, digital marketing, Chair of Kaleider, an Exeter based arts production studio and a trustee of KARST, Plymouth's only independent contemporary visual arts space.
